A noticeboard has a large map of La Palma and guidance on buses and restaurants. The 170 sqM garage at ground level contains a decked area with washing machine, bathroom, coathooks and benches. Walkers and cyclists can have showers and store their equipment here. 1000 sq. meters of the property contains a garden, garden house, sun terraces, orchard, BBQ, parking and children's play area.

Other Details

The local area and the house are recommended for those who suffer allergies or hay fever as pollen and dust levels are extremely low. Organic wine, honey and cheese are available locally. The location is rural, yet not isolated from people and services. All leisure activities, shops and banks are within easy reach. The house is situated close by a friendly village called El Paraiso (Paradise) beside the 'Cumbre Vieja' National Park. The house is 5 minutes drive southwest of shops and banks in El Paso and 10 minutes drive from the west coast beaches. There are interesting walks in the area, straight from the house as footpaths and minor roads pass through vineyards to villages, restaurants and mountains. Buses to the small towns of Fuencaliente, Los Llanos, Santa Cruz and El Paso pass nearby. Buses may be better than cars for walkers and explorers.
