| Moraira is known as the Millionaires' Playground and lies between Javea and Calpe. This Apartment has an American kitchen, good-sized sitting and dining areas, double bedroom and further bedroom with a bed that can be made up as either a single, double or linked twin - each with built-in wardrobe. The very comfortable Sofabed in the living room converts quickly and easily into a double bed. There is also a shower room and private terrace accessed by both living area and main bedroom. There is a shared roof-top pool (with large shallow area) and attractive gardens with children's play equipment, and a small funfair within walking distance. Central Moraira has real Spanish charm and a warm welcome for visitors. |

Moraira's green countryside, shady pine woods and citrus groves make a relaxing setting for a holiday away from package tour crowds, although there is plenty of life in and around the Town. There are 2 safe, sandy beaches with bars, and rocky coves nearby. The town has grown from a small fishing village into an attractive holiday resort which retains its local charm . . . and its fish - if you like fish you will love Moraira! There is an abundance of restaurants, bars and smart little shops which crowd around the popular marina, not to mention some very friendly Tapas Bars. All of these, and a supermarket (in the next block and open from 08.00am - 02.00am every day) are within just a few minutes walk from the apartment so no need for a car, although we would recommend one if you want to visit the nearby resorts of Javea or Calpe, the wine-growing Jalon Valley or the activity parks of Terra Mitica and Aqualandia near Benidorm, not forgetting the lovely local golf courses.
