Casa Ventura's modern, split level accommodation is designed with the main living area featuring a large living room / dining area, fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, bathroom and separate WC on the first floor. The lower floor, which is reached by steps at the side of the villa, has an additional twin bedded room with en suite shower and WC. YOUR STAY CAN START ON ANY DAY OF THE WEEK and the villa can be enjoyed all year round thanks to the recently added central heating.

The Costa Blanca is renowned for it's beautiful beaches, many Blue Flag standard. The nearest beach to Monte Pego is approx 10 mins drive away. There are 2 championship golf courses, La Sella and Oliva Nova, 15 mins drive away, and Benidorm, the attractions of Terra Mitica and Aqualandia are only 30 mins away by motorway. The Costa Blanca Safari Park is 5 mins away. Ferries run from Denia to Ibiza or Majorca, and sightseeing boat trips from Denia to Javea and Moraira. Spectacular wildlife can be spotted on the Marjal nature reserve just 2 mins from Monte Pego.
