Javea is situated on Spain's Costa Blanca and is well served by the airports at Alicante or Valencia both of which are around 1.25 hours drive from the villa. The villa is situated about 10 minutes from the centre of town in a quiet area overlooking the sea from an elevated position. There is a choice of sandy or pebble beaches and either are about 10 minutes from the villa. There are a number of restaurants, supermarket, tennis courts and a large pool within easy walking distance. There is a regular bus service from near the villa to the centre of Javea.
